Wonder Woman stamps at your local post office
Sunday, January 21, 2007
I just received my order from USPS.com. I wanted some "Happy Birthday" stamps for and I couldn't find them at any of the local post offices (near work, near home, near school). Ordering online seemed better than to continue to go to one of the 50+ post offices in the St Louis metro area.
While online, I also ordered their DC superhero stamps. They feature various superheroes from the comic books. My father, another superhero lover, will die when I show them to him.
When I was in the local post office, they have these matted 8" X 11" prints of the stamp along with a stamp and a issue-date cancellation of the stamp. They have them for all of them, but I would love the Wonder Woman, Supergirl and Superman versions. But, at $19 pop, probably not going to happen.
Closing Thought: There are two Wonder Woman stamps on each sheet. I am not sure who is worthy of my use of these stamps.
