Well, it is Monday!

What a day this has been--and it is not even 2:30 yet.

My day started out normal. I went to the gym, swam, got ready for work. Then things went downhill. I decided to go to Schnucks to get some breakfast. That seemed to even go okay. However, when I got out to my car, I couldn't get in! The little remote thing wouldn't work. I had this happen to a friend who then tried to open with her key--setting off the alarm. So, I decided NOT to take that route.

I thought, why not call someone at work to pick me up. But--and this is a big but--my cell phone is dropping all of my calls! What a time for T-Mobile to prove that they suck.

So, I go back into the grocery store and find that they sell the batteries for the car remote. However, I have to trade in the Raisin Bran I just bought to buy this since I had limited funds on hand. (My purse and stuff was locked in the car.)

Then, I use the last two quarters to use the pay phone and call my boss. If I haven't said before--she is great! She came and got me and then later came and followed me to the Ford/Lincoln/Mercury dealer so they could fix whatever was wrong.

In the meantime, I can't even get through to anyone at T-Mobile. The toll free number didn't work. The e-mail help didn't have a category for my problem. The local company-owned stores either were not open or not answering their phone. During this, I miss a call for a job interview.

I now have a car that I can get in and out. My phone seems to be working now. And it's a beautiful spring-like day in St. Louis. Well, it is Monday!
