In general: the shoe thing (read post below).

In class: In European History, Mr. Berry was talking about the WWI settlement for Poland. He explained that they were given this wide portion of land so they could have a seaport. He pointed out something about Czech and how it has a major river, but a seaport was so much better. He then asks the class "For example, would you rather be in St Louis or New Orleans." Everyone just looked at him and then started cracking up. (Maybe you had to be there.)

At work: Everything involved with the Valentines Day Dance is subject to much laughter. However, one new client had us all laughing. We said we would serve the cake and ice cream at 7:00. About 6:50 a line forms outside the door (you would think we never feed these folks). At 7:00 on the dot this guy--who is first in line--strolls in the door while we were still getting the stuff together. We just all look at him and he's like "It's 7:00!" We couldn't help laughing as we showed him back out the door and let him know we would let them in when we were ready. Okay, it was funny at the time.
