Okay...how is this for an exciting Saturday night. After the library, I took a nap. When I woke up I was completely wasted for doing anything else. So, I watched Gigli. It wasn't as God-awful as the reviewers made it out to be. However, some of the dialogue was just so so so so so STUPID.
How did Ben Afflect and/or Jennifer Lopez seriously say these lines?

Some asides:
The guy who played the kidnap victim was wonderful. I can't tell if the writers were trying to make him mentally retarded, brain damaged or with Turet's. But, the actor pulled it off convincingly.

I forgot that Ben Affleck is so incredibly handsome. The silliness and absurdity of the whole "Bennifer" thing made me forget this. And of course, watching this you can't help but notice how beautiful Jennifer Lopez is--something that the characters comment on and add to the stupid, stupid dialogue of this movie.
