Today, the Post printed my rant on Wal-Mart. It was in response to Nicklaus' column on Wal-Mart and Vermont. I really can't worry about Vermont, but it does irritate me when people think that the few cents they save at Wal-Mart does not cost them anything.
I recently wrote a paper for school on why we shouldn't shop at Wal-Mart. I really could have done more than the 10 pages required--I could have written a book. Maybe I will...the title could be "The True Cost of Low Prices".
