A technology article in the NY Times, details cellphone "alibi clubs". These clubs help the users lie about their whereabouts to skip work, carry on affairs, etc.
sending out a text message to hundreds of other cellphone users in an "alibi and excuse club," a network of 3,400 strangers who help each other skip work, get out of dates or give a loved one the slip.
My questions:
1) What makes you think that the lover, spouse or boss that you are trying to give the slip is not a member also? 3400 strangers might include some familiar faces.
2) When will people start to use these to commit crimes or establish alibis for such?
