Curious Georges
Sunday, April 30, 2006
There was a George-fest today on This Week with George Stephanapolos. As usual there were George S and George Will in the house. However, we also had George Clooney and George W Bush.
Kinda odd since George isn't that common of a name anymore. And just why aren't people naming their children after their fathers--Father of their country, that is!

West Wing Elections
Monday, April 10, 2006
Oh, it just made my little liberal self cry. Last night's West Wing was great, encompassing both the election and the death of Leo. It was sad and it was happy, it's a shame that it is coming to an end.
I only started watching once I heard that Jimmy Smits would be on the show--and as a party nominee--I had to start watching. And, then of course, they cancel the series.
Oh well...where is that Geena Davis as President show? It seems like its hiatus has been forever.

The Kids' Choice awards are on Nick right now. They just showed a commercial for Charlottes Web and I thought "cool, that's this summer!" Then the announcer stated "Coming this Christmas". Wha?! It's April 2, why are we promoting films coming out months and months and months from now?
